From a pellet to a sphere
In the cylindrical product chamber a profiled disk rotates at
high speed.The pellets perform an intensive rotating and rolling
movement in the product chamber.
With increasing spheronization time the pellets round and according
to their pliability form to perfect spheres.
The spheres have a very smooth surface and a dense particle
size distribution
Machine for batch operation, e.g. for the production of pharma
pellets.

Gas tight design
CIP / WIP option for the working area including asymmetrical
water drainage in the housing for residual free emptying of
the cleaning liquid, subsequent drying of the machine with hot
air.

reproducible for the quality control.
