Applications
The Flake Crushers are used:
For improving the flowing properties of lumpy materials
For granulating flakes
For homogenising mixtures
For crushing soft or medium hard products and thereby defining the upper particle size
The rotating grinder conveys the product gently through the
screen insert, which could be a mesh, a friction perforation
or a grinding sheet.
The mesh size or the hole size of the screen insert controls
the top corn size. A subsequent screening is therefore usually
not necessary.
Changing of Screen and Cleaning
All product touching parts, rotor, screen and supporting basket
as well as the clamping pins can be demounted easily from the
front. The Flake Crusher does not have to be demounted from
the plant.
