HOSOKAWA CONFECTIONERY & BAKERY GROUP maintains 2 Test Centers:
One in Rotterdam specialized in cooking technology and depositing
of confectionery.
One in Leingarten, where we present all technologies of our
group from cooking, forming/extruding, enrobing, assembled to cooling and depositing.
The individual machines are connected to one complete production
line to carry out product testing and development for and with our customers.
Employees of our customers and our own staff are trained in
the test centers.Our test center equipment is identical with
scale up machinery.
With original raw material we are able to extrapolate all test
center results to your HOSOKAWA machines. |
